Delivery Policy

SilaWays provides digital services, such as e-vignettes and eSIM products. No physical products are shipped by post.

Digital delivery

After placing your order, your details are processed automatically. E-vignettes and eSIM products are purchased and/or processed on your behalf based on the information you entered during checkout.

Once your order has been successfully processed, your digital product will be delivered by email to the email address provided with your order, approxemately 1 hour

E-vignette delivery

E-vignettes are digital products linked to the vehicle registration number, country, start date and validity period selected by the customer.

After payment, your order is automatically processed. Once the e-vignette has been processed or issued, you will receive the confirmation and/or relevant details by email.

Please carefully check your vehicle registration number, country, start date and validity period before placing your order.

eSIM delivery

eSIM products are delivered digitally by email. Depending on the product, you may receive a QR code, activation details or installation instructions.

Before placing an order, you are responsible for checking whether your device supports eSIM and is SIM-lock free.

Delivery time

We aim to deliver digital products as soon as possible after payment. In most cases, orders are processed shortly after payment.

In some cases, delivery may take longer due to technical checks, supplier delays, payment checks or incorrect/incomplete customer information.

No physical shipping

Because SilaWays only provides digital products and services, no shipping fees are charged and no physical shipment takes place.

Incorrect email address

The customer is responsible for entering a correct email address. If you entered an incorrect email address, please contact us as soon as possible at info@silaways.com.

Product not received

If you have not received your digital product, please first check your spam or junk email folder.

If you still cannot find the email, please contact us at info@silaways.com with your order number and the email address used for the order.

Technical issues

If you experience a technical issue with your e-vignette or eSIM, please contact us directly at info@silaways.com. We will review your request and help with a solution where possible.
